The first press was limited and numbered to 1334 copies.
There was a second press that was limited to 666 copies and numbered to a total of 2000 copies,but the numbering started from no.1334 and upward (1334+666 totals 2000 copies).
All copies numbered from 1334 and upward belong to the second pressing.
